Artist's Statement
Many people are curious to know if this work is an accusation about my own love affairs. The answer is no. The insight actually comes from friends, family and the society. I found that there are so many relationships being ruined because of the protagonists’ desire to manipulate each other. Some even lose their lives on this. Why are we always pretending to be clever and self-complacent? This work is not intended to teach you a lesson, but to tell you the truth and act as a reminder.
