The 27th ifva Festival
Programme Cancellation and Refund

In view of the novel coronavirus outbreak and venue closures, the public programmes of the 27th ifva Festival will be canceled or postponed.

 

Tickets for all paid programmes can be refunded. For the audience wishing to refund your tickets, please follow the instructions below. We will also notify audience who registered for the free programmes on related arrangements. Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience as the refund process takes time. Stay tuned to ifva programme news on Facebook and Instagram, we look forward to bringing you more independent short films and moving images works from Hong Kong and Asia in the future!

Refund Information
If your ticket(s) was ordered during ifva Advance Booking:
  1. We will send an email to you with refund details before 28 Feb 2022. If you have paid by cash/ e-banking/ ATM transfer, we will refund the ticket amount to the designated bank account as provided in email. If you have paid by cheque, the original cheque will be post to you.
  1. Please reply to our email and provide necessary information such as address and/ or bank account number, etc. Upon receipt of the complete and accurate refund information, we will refund the ticket amount to you within two months.

  2. Please check your email for refund status. If you do not receive our email by 28 Feb, please contact us at ifva@hkac.org.hk.
