這個藝術計劃旨在幫助聽障人士，在沒有傳統儀器幫助下以另類及簡單的方式享受和創作音樂，同時鼓勵人們反思了對音樂的傳統認知。

音樂的真正定義是什麼呢？誰可以演奏和欣賞音樂？演奏音樂是困難的？必須逐步學習音樂？對我來說，音樂是無國界的。每個人都可以於任何地點用任何方法享受或演奏音樂。

This art project aims at helping people with hearing impairment to enjoy and create music in an alternative and simple way without traditional instrument, and at encouraging people to have reflection out of traditional perception of music.
