Inclusive education meant to cater for students with special education needs (SEN). But the education system itself is bullying SEN students. New teacher Mr. Chan, assigned to take care of SEN students, has doubts on the system but never speaks up. Not until the outbreak of bullying on campus that he realises how evil the system is.

If ignorance leads us to make mistakes, it would be the existence of evil that leads to the failure of the institution.
