Artist's Statement
For the sake of convenience, we began our researches with the Department of Fine Arts, CUHK and the local art and culture community during our production. Over the past decade, debates have been held regarding the development of West Kowloon Cultural District. The film is set against such background. This theme, in our view, is a matter of urgency in our times. Meanwhile, however, it reflects our anxiety and powerlessness as small potatoes.
