Artist's Statement
Aquarium is an animated music video featuring a song composed and penned by myself. It is produced with stop-motion technique alongside with After Effects as the tool for post-production. The first half consists of hand drawing animation (around 12 fps), while the second half of computer graphic made with AutoCAD (24 fps). The story explores the different relationships between “fish” and “tank” (a cube), as well as the interaction between the pair. It ends with a “circle”.
