Artist’s Statement
When I first started shooting my dad, I was haunted by this indescribable fear so I could not take his portrait shots. Half a month
passed, he finally began to react to the camera, while I also faced my fear and shot him with utmost bravery. It seems to me that our
relationship has improved alongside the shooting.
