Badbug
Gho is the writer of a comic book called Badbug. He tells the story of a Hunter who protects humanity from the Bad Bugs. The editor of the comics wants to give the Hunter character a wider appeal, but Gho refuses. The comics means more to Gho than just a job. It's his life. Ms. Yoo is Gho's only ally at the publishing house. Secretly in love with him, she tries to help him keep his job, but he is stubborn. The comics isn’t a made up story. Gho is the Hunter, and he fights the Bad Bugs every night.
Artist's Statement
I wanted to differentiate the hero ‘Gho’ from the typical ‘Marvel Heroes’. He doesn't even use the word ‘hero’ to describe himself as every living day is too pathetic for him to consider. But he does not give up, and he goes on. And that is the true image of a hero that I want to express.
