Insomnia is derived from the inner personal problem in certain extent. Therefore, by knowing oneself is the best way to treat insomnia. This animation uses insomnia as a period of time for self-discovery. It shows that getting lost is finding yourself. As an insomniac, I want to call the resonance of the insomniac and to let the non-insomniacs feel the mood of insomnia through this project.
