Hao, a chubby and ordinary-looking man who works at a gentleman spa catering to a gay clientele, dreams of finding real love. One day, he meets Kai, a customer at the spa. The interactions between the two bring comfort to both parties, and they grow to like one another. Yet things do not go as smoothly as Hao hopes.
Artist’s Statement
Not many films feature fat people as the protagonist, and even fewer gay films do. I’d like to make a film about ordinary people, like you and I, experiencing the pangs and trepidations of love.
