Artist’s Statement

From artificial island outposts to patrolling vessels, China’s military activities in the South China Sea command international attention. Nuclear development in these disputed waters remains overlooked as these concerns are disregarded when maritime disputes continue to take center-stage: the pugnacious and childish nature of territorial jockeying is however, laughably meaningless in a nuclear scenario.
